Shipping is calculated at the checkout, before you pay. Enter your delivery postcode in the cart and you will see the exact freight cost for your order — quoted live from our courier network, not from a price list. That figure is added to your total and is the amount you are charged.
The price depends on how many items you are ordering and how far they have to travel, so it changes with quantity and destination. Nothing is added to your order for freight after you have paid.
If we cannot reach the courier to price your delivery at that moment, the cart will say shipping quoted on confirmation rather than show a figure. In that case we will confirm your freight with you before dispatch and nothing is charged until you have agreed to it.
We dispatch Australia-wide. Orders are packed for safe transit and tracking is provided where the carrier supplies it.
